Rangers slugger Prince Fielder has joined his dad Cecil in the 300-homer club, making them the second father-son duo to reach the plateau along with Barry and Bobby Bonds.

Prince Fielder homered in the first inning of the Rangers' loss to the Blue Jays on Friday night.

A-Rod Moves Into Second Place On RBIs List

Alex Rodriguez moved into second place on the all-time RBI list Friday night, one ahead of Barry Bonds and 300 behind Hank Aaron.

Rodriguez drove in the Yankees' fifth run of the game in an 8-7 win over the Angels at Yankee Stadium with a single to right, driving in Brett Gardner, who had tripled.

It was A-Rod's 1,997th RBI, breaking a tie with Bonds he established May 28 with a sacrifice fly in a loss to the A's in Oakland.

Aaron is baseball's RBI leader with 2,297.
